1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of stayinstyleaus.com and any services we arrange — accommodation, dining, spa, transfers, event and entertainment bookings connected with Crown Perth and partner suppliers. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote you accept these terms and confirm you are at least 18 years old (the gaming floor is strictly 18+; accommodation bookings also require an adult guest). If you book on behalf of others, you warrant you have their authority to accept these terms for the whole party.
2. What our service is — and is not
We act as your agent and coordinator: we source availability, negotiate rates, place reservations and manage logistics with venues and suppliers. The contract for the underlying service (the hotel night, the dinner, the show) is between you and that supplier, under their terms — house rules, casino entry conditions, ticket terms and hotel policies all apply in addition to these terms. We are not the supplier and cannot vary their rules, but we will advocate on your behalf where discretion exists.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
Quotes are issued in writing in Australian dollars and are valid for the period stated — typically 72 hours, shorter around event dates when inventory moves. Prices include GST where applicable; any third-party surcharges (card fees, event levies) are disclosed in the quote. A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation and any required deposit or card guarantee is received; final payment terms are stated per booking. Planning fees for complex itineraries are quoted separately and are non-refundable once work begins.
4. Changes and cancellations
Each booking carries the supplier's cancellation schedule — flexible hotel rates, prepaid rates, event tickets and experiences differ, and your confirmation states the exact deadlines that apply to yours. Where flexibility exists we will always try to re-time rather than cancel. Our concierge service fee for a cancelled booking is refundable only where the underlying supplier refund exceeds it, except as required by law. 5. Guest conduct and venue rules
You agree to comply with venue rules on the precinct: casino dress codes and entry conditions, responsible-service-of-alcohol laws, pool and spa rules, noise policies and photography restrictions. We may decline or withdraw service where a guest is abusive to staff, provides false identity information, or asks us to facilitate anything unlawful — in which case prepaid amounts are handled under the refund terms. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and cannot enter gaming areas at any time.
6. Liability and force majeure
We are liable for our own negligence and cannot exclude Australian Consumer Law guarantees; beyond that, liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees we received for it. We are not liable for a supplier's default, insolvency or failure to perform, though we will assist in pursuing the supplier. Events beyond reasonable control — extreme weather, venue closures, show cancellations, strikes, government orders — excuse performance while they persist, and our obligation is to re-book or refund, whichever the supplier's terms allow.
7. Website use and intellectual property
You may browse, share links and print pages for personal use. You may not scrape the site, use it to build a competing product, submit false or malicious enquiries, or attempt to breach its security. Site content is provided in good faith and 'as is'; we correct errors when identified but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Changes, notices and contact
We may update these terms; the version current at the time of your booking applies to it, and material changes are notified to guests with active bookings.
